Upon starting the application, you will be met with a page that asks you to sign in or sign up. Pressing the sign up button will lead you to the sign up page where you can choose to sign up via email, phone, or through your gmail account. If you are signing up via phone number, you will be sent a one time password to your phone, which you will have to enter in to authenticate yourself. If you are signing up via email, you will need to create a password with enough complexity (mix of capital and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, etc..).
In such a case, you should login via your phone number as well. After pressing the sign in button, you will be met with another page which gives the option of signing
in via your phone number. Make sure you use the same phone number you signed up with, and once again you will be asked to enter in the one time password that is sent to your phone
after filling in your phone number.
Once you have signed in to the application, press the navigation menu button at the top left. A sidebar will popup with many different options,
select the one that says "Add User". Once your in this page, you will be asked to fill in information for them that they will use to log in to the application.
You must enter their email and create a password for them that will be attached to their account. After giving this information to your driver securely, the driver can login to the
application, and they can add the rest of the information themselves. If you want to create a tour for the driver being added, their license information must be filled in first.
Instead of adding a truck and pairing it to a driver that operates under your supervision, you instead only need to add a truck, and when you are creating a tour you can
select the truck and its eligible drivers. This way, you are saved the trouble of having to switch truck information for drivers who may often switch trucks.
When you are signed into your account, observe the plus button at the bottom right of the screen. Pressing this button will send you to a different page where you can create a new tour.
At this point in time, make sure you have already added the trucks and drivers that will be required for the tour being created. If not, refer to the previous questions. Also ensure that the driver
have filled in all their license information, otherwise you cannot select them as a driver for this tour. If for some reason you do not find the driver you are looking for after selecting the truck,
please ensure that the driver truly has the license required to drive the truck, and that they have filled in the correct license type/class.
If you are working under a specific commercial trucking company, your dispatch officer/support personnel should create an account for you and share the login details with you once they themselves
have signed up (refer to the first question if you are a dispatch officer/support personnel and need to sign up). If you are a freelance truck driver, you can follow the same steps outlined in the
first question of the FAQ to create a support personnel account. Afterwards, while signed in you can create a driver account to which you can send tours to.
Once you have signed into your account, press the navigation button in the top left of your screen (the three bars icon) and then select the "Profile" page. In the profile page, you can update your
first and last name, fill in your phone number or email if those field are empty, and also add your license ID, license class, license issue date and license expiration date. The license information is vital
for your dispatch officer to be able to create tours for you, so make sure to fill in that information as soon as you create your account if it is not already.
Once your dispatch officer/support personnel has created the tour for you and you have logged in, you will be immediately greeted with a page that shows all your tours, of which you can press and select to start them. If for some reason you do not see a tour, try logging out and logging back in to refresh your application. The logout button can be found in the bottom of the navigation menu, found at the top left of the aplication.
Firstly, you must be bluetooth paired with the device connected to your vehicles ECM, which will track when your engines status, running hours, RPM, etc. After doing this you can return the the Tours page and press a tour you want to start.
